Michael Poinelli
President, CPESC
Michael has thirty-seven years of experience in his role as President of All Seasons Landscaping Inc. In addition to being certified and licensed in multiple disciplines, Michael authored and developed numerous bidding and organizational programs. He has also written several articles and spoken publicly on multiple occasions regarding specific landscaping topics. As President, his role is to define the company’s goals and values and to assist his team in continuing to build and maintain a strong workforce of dedicated people who share these goals and values.
Lou LaVecchia
Vice President
Lou is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organization. In his capacity as Vice President, Lou is responsible for coordinating and directing all field operations as well as managing all administrative operations. He identifies new business, trains administrative staff, develops and implements marketing strategies as well as closing new contracts. Lou is also directly responsible for estimating, purchasing and job costing. Lou’s interests outside of work include spending time with his wife and two kids, sports, and carpentry projects.
