Landscaping seeks an organized self
starter with office experience to work
part-time (approximately 20-30 hrs.
per week) in our fast paced environment.
Must be computer literate including
excel, word, and outlook. An individual
with bookkeeping knowledge and administrative
skills to manage construction office
is preferred. Will provide administrative
support to project managers, run errands,
process invoices, A/R, & A/P.,
Responsibilities:
- excellent organizational
skills and be strongly detailed-oriented
- proven judgment
in dealing with sensitive issues and
ability to discretely handle confidential
matters
- judgment skills
necessary for client contact
- grammar and proofreading
skills
- Computer software
skills, including Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Outlook
- ability to handle
Internet-based research projects
